58.com Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

BEIJING, October 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- 58.com Inc. (NYSE: WUBA) ("58.com" or the "Company"), China's largest online marketplace serving local merchants and consumers, today announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 11,000,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), each representing two Class A ordinary shares of the Company, at US$17.00 per ADS for a total offering size of US$187 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs. The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") today under the ticker symbol "WUBA".

The underwriters have been granted an option, exercisable within 30 days from the date of the final prospectus, to purchase up to 1,650,000 additional ADSs at US$17.00 per ADS.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as joint bookrunners, and Pacific Crest Securities LLC is acting as co-manager, for the offering.
