SHENZHEN, China, Jan. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- AIVtech International Group Co. (OTC Bulletin Board: ECOH) ("AIVtech" or the "Company"), a designer and manufacturer of consumer electronics products domestically and internationally, today announced that the Company has engaged Friedman LLP ("Friedman"), as the Company's independent registered accounting firm. AIVtech and Friedman signed a letter of engagement on January 5, 2011.
The Company and Friedman will prepare the audit and filing of the Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010 and review the Company's quarterly filings beginning with the first quarter of the 2011 fiscal year, ending on March 31, 2011.
