("ATA" or the "Company", Nasdaq: ATAI), a leading provider of computer-based testing and testing-related services in China, today announced that it is scheduled to host an investor day that will provide a behind-the-scenes look at a typical day for administering a nationwide large scale certification exam. On that day, ATA will be administering exams for Securities Association of China ("SAC"), one of the largest computer-based industry certification exams in China.
The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 16, 2012, in Beijing, and will allow attendees an opportunity to meet SAC officials and members of ATA's management team.
