Big Discounts on Airfares

From now until the end of the year, domestic flight airfares will reach record low prices. Tickets for flights from Beijing to Dadong, Taiyuan, and other cities will average 200 RMB. The airfare for flights from Beijing to Dalian will be as low as 210 RMB, cheaper than traveling by sleeper train.

In addition to low airfares, from November 1st to December 30th, any passenger of 50 years of age or older, who is traveling together with another passenger, will enjoy a discount of 100 RMB for one-way flights over 800 kilometers, and a discount of 50 RMB for one-way flights under 800 kilometers. To activate this offer, passengers must call the Air China Ticket-Order Hotline (4008-986-999) and pay over the phone with a suitable credit card.

Additional Discounts for International Travelers

From November 15th to December 31st, 2009, travelers who book round-trip international tickets via Air China's Ticket-Order Hotline will enjoy a 5% discount. If the traveler pays with a China CITIC Bank credit card over the phone, he or she will then enjoy an additional discount of 200 RMB for routes to Europe and America. Travelers to Japan, Korea, and other Asia-Pacific destinations (excluding Delhi, Dubai, Bangkok, and Oceania routes) will enjoy an additional discount of 100 RMB per traveler.

Mileage Accumulation and Fuel Rebates

From November 1st to December 31st, 2009, PhoenixMiles frequent flyers, when purchasing international or domestic flight tickets, will accumulate 1 kilometer for every 10 RMB spent on the airfare. When flying internationally, PhoenixMiles members will receive an additional 1 kilometer for every 10 RMB spent on an international airfare. Domestic PhoenixMiles travelers who purchase designated cabin seats will be awarded 408 kilometers for every flight segment.

To show appreciation for the general public's support, Air China will offer a 30 RMB Sinopec rebate to Sinopec Special Card holders, who order domestic flight tickets via the Ticket-Order Hotline.
