Ambow Expects to File 20-F

BEIJING, May 1, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Ambow Education Holding Ltd. ("Ambow" or the "Company") (NYSE: AMBO), a leading national provider of educational and career enhancement services in China, today announced that it has filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing for its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2011. The Form 12b-25 will allow the Company an additional 15 calendar days to file the Form 20-F which is otherwise due on April 30, 2012. The Company expects to be able to file by May 15, 2012, which is within the additional time allowed by the Form 12b-25.
