    BEIJING and LOS ANGELES, Aug. 27 /PRNewswire Asia/ -- American Dairy, Inc. (NYSE: ADY; "American Dairy" or the "Company"), one of the leading producers and distributors of premium infant formula, milk powder and soybean, rice and walnut products in China, today announced its participation in the following conferences:

    -- Royal Bank of Scotland China Consumer Access, to be held September 2-3, 
       2010 at Conrad Hotel in Hong Kong.  Management will meet with 
       institutional investors throughout Thursday September 2nd.

    -- Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP (SIG) Fourth Annual Beijing 
       Management Summit, to be held September 9-10, 2010 at Grand Hyatt Hotel 
       in Beijing.  Management will meet with institutional investors 
       throughout the day.

    -- Rodman & Renshaw 2010 Annual Global Investment Conference, to be held 
       September 12-15 at the New York Palace in New York.  Management is 
       scheduled to present at 2:50pm ET on Tuesday, September 14 and meet

    -- HSBC 2010 China Consumer Conference, to be held October 14-15 at Conrad

    -- Morgan Stanley Ninth Annual Asia Pacific Summit, to be held November 9-
       11 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Singapore.  Management will meet
