Mr. Kushner advises Chinese state-owned and privately held companies and investors on US mergers and acquisitions, investments in US companies and capital markets, tax, corporate, securities and commercial aspects of doing business in the United States. He also advises US companies on doing business and investing in the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
