AsiaInfo Wins Contract to Upgrade China Telecom's Online Self-Service Center

BEIJING and SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 26 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASIA), a leading provider of telecom software solutions and IT security products and services in China, today announced that it has signed a contract with China Telecom to upgrade the carrier’s online self-service center for nine provinces in northern China.

Under the terms of agreement, AsiaInfo will employ its leading Telecom Web Self-Service (TWSS) solution to provide a unified online customer experience with robust self-service capabilities. The new system will feature enhanced account management functions and general account servicing capabilities.
