BEIJING, June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- On June 17, 2013, at the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology (BIFT), DPARK successfully hosted the Fashion Culture Design Forum between China and Italy. During the forum, BIFT also celebrated its new agreement with Italy's Umbria region .This new agreement will lead to a series of cooperations between Italian universities and BIFT. Among the Italian universities in the region is Accademia di Belle Arti di PERUGIA, which was built in 1573. BIFT will authorize Yizhong Youyi Amicizia Italo-cinese for related cooperation and works.

Economic counselor Livio Spadavecchia from the Italian Embassy said that this is a new platform of communication between the Italian government and Chinese universities, academic and artistic design firms. Italy is famous for fashion and design and BIFT is the No.1 university for fashion and design. This new platform will help Chinese students study in Italy and Italian universities with help from BIFT.
Umbria has also opened "SPAZIO UMBRIA" in the famous fashion design area 798. This will be a cultural and food salon to show the best from Umbria, which is a symbol of delicious, healthy, passing emotion. It will also help young people in China and Italy to communicate.
