Bleum Recruits New HR Director

SHANGHAI, June 23 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Bleum Inc., a fast-growing Shanghai-based IT outsourcer, has hired Pearly Tan as its new director of human resources. Tan, who joined Bleum on June 14, oversees Bleum's recruiting and employee development efforts, which have played a critical role in the company's success.

Bleum has hired some of the top information technology graduates from China's best universities as well as experienced technical experts. They are attracted to Bleum's competitive pay and benefits, English-only workplace, extensive technical and English training and challenging work. Tan brings 15 years of human resources (HR) experience, in such areas as recruitment, training, employee relations and performance management, to Bleum. She has served as HR manager for Global Sources, Hexagon Holdings Berhad and IDS Group. Before that, Tan worked in customer relations management and administration.

Tan attended Rima College's School of Secretarial and Administrative Studies in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia as well as the Malaysian Institute of Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of HR Management. Tan is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia.
