CPP Signed Documents at the Global Public Procurement Forum

HONG KONG, Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of China Public Procurement Limited (HKEx stock code: 1094, the "Company" or "CPP") is pleased to announce that the Company has signed certain agreements, a letter of intent and a memorandum of understanding with various procurement centers and official institutions at the Global Public Procurement (Wuhan-China) Forum and Sourcing Fair 2012 (the "2012 Forum") to provide procurement services for certain proposed projects pursuant to such documents.

A summary of the signed agreements are as follows:

The 2012 Forum was held from 2 November 2012 to 4 November 2012. The organisation of the said forum is jointly led by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, the People's Government of Hubei Province and the Wuhan Municipal People's Government, facilitated by the Company and various government bodies and organisations, under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") and the Development and Research Centre of the State Council. As the first international forum on public procurement to be held in the PRC, the 2012 Forum is attended by nearly 1,000 government officials, investors, experts, scholars and suppliers from the United States of America, Europe, Canada, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
