Camelot Information Systems Announces Departure of Independent Director

BEIJING, February 22, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Camelot Information Systems Inc. ("Camelot" or the "Company") (NYSE: CIS), a leading domestic provider of enterprise application services and financial industry information technology services in China, today announced that Mr. Claude Leglise has resigned his position as Independent Director for personal reasons, effective February 20, 2012.
