BEIJING, March 19, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Charm Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRM) ("Charm" or the "Company"), a leading advertising agency in China, announced today that it will pay a cash dividend of US$0.25 per ordinary share, which is equivalent to US$0.50 per American depositary share ("ADS"). Each ADS represents two ordinary shares. The Company will pay the dividend on May 15, 2013 to shareholders of record and ADS holders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2013.
