Charm Interactive Wins Hisense Group's 2011 Digital Marketing Account

(NASDAQ: CHRM) ("Charm" or the "Company"), a leading advertising agency in China, announced today that its digital marketing agency, Charm Interactive, has been awarded the digital marketing business for 2011 for Hisense Group ("Hisense"), a leading home appliance, telecommunications and IT manufacturer in China. Charm Interactive was selected by Hisense following a competitive pitching process that included digital marketing agencies such as Ogilvy Interactive, Tensyn Ad, and Wonder Ad.

Founded in 1969, Hisense is a multibillion dollar manufacturing conglomerate with its products exported to 130 countries worldwide. Under the Hisense Group, the company owns two publicly listed companies and provides a wide range of products and services in various industries including multimedia, home appliances, telecommunications and information technology. Charm Interactive has been named as the leading digital agency to help Hisense develop and implement its internet communications strategy with China's leading portals, including SINA, Sohu, NetEase, and Baidu. Concurrently, Charm Communications' full media communications agency, Charm Advertising, was also awarded Hisense's satellite and provincial television media account for 2011.
