HONG KONG, May 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- China Print Power Group Limited (or "the Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", HKSE stock code: 6828) wishes to announce that it is proposed that the English name of the Company be changed from "China Print Power Group Limited" to "Blue Sky Power Holdings Limited".
The change of name of the Company is subject to approval at the SGM.
To optimize its business portfolio and diversify revenue income, the Company has ventured into the natural gas industry in the PRC in 2013. It has since entered into agreements to acquire natural gas assets in Shandong, Jiangsu and Liaoning. With the Chinese government's urge to promote the use of natural gas for cleaner and more efficient energy, China has now become the world's third-largest natural gas user. The Company has great confidence in prospects for the natural gas business, and the change of name will better reflect its new direction.
