TIANJIN, July 28 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA) today announced the successful registration and establishment of Tianjin Ferroalloy Exchange Co., Ltd. ("TFE"), China's first professional ferroalloy exchange organization, in TEDA. This company is jointly invested in by 11 ferroalloy and logistics enterprises that include Inner Mongolia Erdos Metallurgy Co., Ltd., Tianjin Binhai TEDA Logistics (Group) Corporation Limited, and Tianjin Port Development Holdings Limited. The total investment is RMB250 million, with a registered capital of RMB100 million.
The company will mainly provide an exchange platform for ferroalloy products, focusing on ferroalloy spot electronic transactions, market information consultations, supply chain financing, and logistics services, while also organizing and introducing ferroalloy buyers and sellers from around the world through a specially designed e-platform. The company also plans to provide member clients with an online real-time information inquiry service.
The entrance of TFE will fill the blank of TEDA in this sector, and will further improve the regional investment environment and service environment to promote the development of regional economy.
