BEIJING, China, April 26 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- ChinaCache Network Technology (Beijing), the leading service provider of content distribution networks (CDN) in China, announced today that it has successfully closed its US$31.5 million Series B financing. Qiming Venture Partners led this round, joined by its US partner fund, Ignition Partners, LLC, and C.V. Starr International, Susquehanna International Group ("SIG") China, and existing institutional investors, JAFCO Asia, Intel Capital and Investor AB.
China Renaissance Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the Company on this transaction.
