DALIAN, China, June 20 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Dennis Lee, principal of e2Future Technologies today announced the formation of Qingdao China-America Associates (QCAA), a software outsourcing partnership with Mr. Ted Slatten, president of Data-to-Information & Knowledge Inc, Seattle, Washington. The announcement was made at the 6th annual China International Software and Information Service Fair 2008 in Dalian, China.

"Qingdao China-America Associates (QCAA) is a China-based software outsourcing partnership, providing development capabilities in multiple-disciplines," said Mr. Lee. "Our development center is located in Qingdao, China and we have a North American representative office in Seattle, Washington. Over the past six years we have assisted many North American companies with their projects and view this as an extension of our success to-date. Our partnership with Mr. Slatten will allow us to focus on providing services for regional solution providers and medium-sized companies with an IT department."

Mr. Lee continued, "We have a large pool of very talented and educated developers; almost 90% read and write English, and 25% speak fluent English."

With IT outsourcing (ITO) increasingly moving from India to China and other nations, and announced initiatives to also increase business process outsourcing (BPO) in China, there is increasing interest in China's capabilities.

"Over the past three years Dennis' company has provided exemplary work for D2IK," added Mr. Slatten. "We view this partnership as a natural extension of our relationship, a relationship built on trust and dedication to delivery of quality products and services. All work is managed and performed by people who understand North American business and work-flow practices," added Mr. Slatten, "a key element in providing solutions that work on time and on budget."

D2IK and e2Future have serviced larger-small and medium-sized businesses in North America since 1997. Notable past projects include knowledge/document management, learning management, collaboration solutions, accounting and geography information systems, business-process and workflow-management applications; and website development for the construction, rolled metal forming, service and retail, industrial linen rental, sleep apnea, and ocean-going container ground transportation industries.
