China Golf Group, Inc. Establishes Land Development Department and Wuhan Office

SHANGHAI, Jan. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ - Headquartered in Shanghai, China Golf Group, Inc. ("China Golf", or the "Company", or "we"), a leading designer and developer of premium golf courses, golf communities and improved land properties in China and the first of its kind publicly registered and reporting in the United States, announced establishing its Land Development Department and opening of its regional office in Wuhan, Hubei province, effective January 3, 2011, to further strengthen the Company's efforts on land development.

China Golf's Wuhan regional office is at the following address: Suite 2702, Building No.28, Changqing Garden, Wuhan, P.R.China.

The newly established Land Development Department is engaged in land development and real estate services and operated by China Golf's wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Quanlingyu Real Estate Agent Co., Ltd. A team of over 50 members led by Mr. Hu Shihua have rich experience in real estate industry.

Mr. Hu Shihua will be appointed as the director of Land Development Department to fully in charge of the land development businesses. Mr. Hu has more than 17 years working experience in real estate field and has rich management experience in well-known developers such as Wuhan Vanke and Shenzhen Lantian. Mr. Hu got his MBA at Fudan University, and his Bachelor at Hubei University.
