China Golf Group, Inc. Appoints New Senior Advisors

SHANGHAI, Jan. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Headquartered in Shanghai, China Golf Group, Inc. ("China Golf", or the "Company", or "we"), a leading designer and developer of premium golf courses, golf communities and improved land properties in China and the first of its kind publicly registered and reporting in the United States, today announced appointing four new advisors, effective January 3, 2011. Mr. Lu Hang and Mr. Xia Weiming serve as the operating advisor, Mr. Qi Bojin serves as advisor on public relations and Ms. Fang Xin serves as legal advisor.

Mr. Lu Hang is currently the chairman of Xiaomeisha Beach Resort Center and Shenzhen Sea World. He once acted as secretary of the chancellor in Shenzhen University, director of general manager office in SDG Group in Shenzhen. Mr. Lu got his bachelor and master both at Tsinghua University.

Mr. Xia Weiming is currently the General Manager of Shanghai Beef Cattle Breeding Centre. He has systematic management experience and the ability to promote business growth. He has strong ability on public relations and communication. Mr. Xia is the vice general manager in Beijing Badaling Great Wall Ropeway from 1991 to 2010. He got his MBA in a Sino-US joint program (Southwestern University and Fudan University).

Mr. Qi Bojin is currently a professor, director of Welding Committee of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, director of Electric Vehicles Committee of Society of Automotive Engineers of China, member of Central Science and Technology Committee of Chinese Democratic League, advisor of Xiangtan Municipal People's Government, and now he serves as dean in Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Mr. Qi got his bachelor, master and doctor degree at Tsinghua University.

Ms. Fang Xin currently serves as solicitor in Beijing Rainmaker Law Firm. She has worked as lawyer for ten years. Ms. Fang got her bachelor degree at Anhui Medical University and master at Tsinghua University.
