China Nutrifruit Group Limited Approved to List on NYSE Amex

DAQING, Heilongjiang, China, Aug. 25 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Nutrifruit Group Limited (OTC Bulletin Board: CNGL) ("China Nutrifruit" or "the Company"), a leading producer of premium specialty fruit based products in China ("PRC"), today announced that it has received authorization to list its common stock on the NYSE Amex Market.

The Company expects to begin trading on NYSE Amex market on August 27, 2009. The trading symbol for China Nutrifruit's common stock will remain "CNGL".
