Tsoi is excited to lead the project for the opening of the first international upper upscale hotel in Shunde, "I believe we have the best of both worlds here. The new Sheraton Shunde Hotel is in Shunde's newly developed 'business center', one of China's fastest growing economic zones in the heart of the Pearl River Delta. And yet it is surrounded by beautiful lush landscaping and overflows with nature that awakens the senses. Whether for meetings, incentives or celebrations, we have first class facilities and service to complement any kind of business."
When it comes to leadership values, Tsoi added "I am a firm believer of looking after the people who contribute to the success of the hotel -- our associates. Offering them an opportunity to learn and grow with the company and seeing them become successful is a key motivator for me. When your team is happy, your guests will inevitably be happy and that's what our industry is all about!"
Tsoi is a Hong Kong national, is married to Kelly and has a 3 year-old daughter.
