Ctrip Announces Senior Management Stock Purchases

SHANGHAI, November 22, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP), a leading travel service provider of hotel accommodations, airline tickets, packaged tours and corporate travel management in China, today announced that Mr. Min Fan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ctrip, used his personal funds to purchase an aggregate total of approximately $2 million worth of the Company's American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") in open market transactions.
