Chef Arron is excited to bring his sophisticated skills to the restaurant. In his new role, DotCod Chef Arron has set about incorporating his passion for culinary exploration and his own unique techniques into the restaurant's menu. Chef Arron's attention to detail and insistence on the quality of ingredients leads him to implement a policy of tracing the source of ingredients, including fish suppliers so as to ensure that all product sources are up to standard and traceable.

DotCod occupies a generous 4,400 square foot room on the basement level of Prince's Building, and can comfortably seat up to 160 diners. With its prime location in the central business district, DotCod caters to the city's busy high flyers, from full breakfasts to corporate lunches and long late suppers. At the same time DotCod takes pride in emphasising healthy cooking methods by modifying traditional dishes in order to ensure the well-being of diners.
