Francis Leung Pak To Elected Chairman of CHKLC

HONG KONG, June 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies elected Mr. Francis Leung as its new chairman with a term of two years.  He succeeds Mr. Patrick Sun whose term was up. 

Mr. Francis Leung is currently a non-executive director of Imagi International Holdings Limited ("IMAGI") (HKEx Stock Code: 585) and previously was its major shareholder.  Currently, he is also Chairman (Greater China) and a managing partner of CVC Capital Partners.

Mr. Francis Leung has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, in particular, the field of corporate finance involving capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, investments and other general finance advisory activities in Hong Kong and the PRC.
