BEIJING, June 1 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Funtalk China Holdings Limited (the "Company" or "Funtalk") (Nasdaq: FTLK) today announced that Mr. Kitae Lee has stepped down from his position as a member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately, for personal reasons. Mr. Lee has served on the Board since May 2010.
Mr. Lee will serve as a consultant to the Company going forward. There will be no replacement for his position at this time, bringing the total number of Board directors to eight.
