Dave Taylor has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), Goodbaby Americas, and will be responsible for guiding the Group's financial and legal strategy in North and South America. Dave has international executive experience in organisation development, manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions as well as all aspects of financial management. Previously as CFO of Dorel Juvenile Group, and later President and CEO of Dorel US, he was responsible for the overall strategic direction and execution of multiple product brands for the U.S. business operations.
Bill St Pierre has joined as Senior Vice President ("SVP") Technologies, Goodbaby Americas. Bill will be responsible for product development and quality across the Group's brands in North & South America. Bill has 30 years' experience in the juvenile industry, with a focus on product development. He was in charge of innovation, quality and engineering excellence, and gained vast experience in design, development and an introduction into juvenile products working at Hasbro, Safety 1st, Dorel Juvenile Group and Summer Infant.
Charles H. Keegan has been promoted as Senior Vice President ("SVP") Design, Goodbaby Americas. He will be responsible for product development, i.e. the product design of the Group's brands Evenflo and Urbini for North American customers. Seven years ago, he opened the Goodbaby Boston Design office, which developed into a full product development centre. He started his career at Hasbro Inc., worked eleven years at Safety 1st, Dorel Juvenile Group and Summer Infant, where he was Director of Design for stroller and gear items.
To support and accelerate the growth plan of Evenflo Company Inc. ("Evenflo"), Chairman and CEO Goodbaby Americas, Gregory E. Mansker, assumes the additional role as CEO of Evenflo. For a gradual and smooth integration of Evenflo into the wider Group, he has made the following appointments:
Michael Moumoutjis joins as Deputy Chief Executive Officer ("DCEO") and Chief Commercial Officer ("CCO") for Evenflo. He will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the business, working closely with the leadership team in the U.S. and the company's industry partners. Mike has 15 years' of senior executive leadership, strategy development and business operations management experience, and over 7 years of global experience managing strong juvenile brands such as Graco and Chicco.
Dave Taylor, in addition to his Group function, will also join the Evenflo leadership team as acting Chief Operations Officer ("COO") and Vice President ("VP") Finance, leading the operational strategy of the company.
