SHANGHAI, June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- The grand opening ceremony of Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao was held on May 27th, 2011. The event was graced by nearly 400 guests including leading representatives from government agencies, corporate worldwide, as well as Mr. Jerry Huang, President of IHG Greater China, and Mr. David Wang, Chairman of SPG Land (Holdings) Limited, etc.
The glittering opening was marked by cocktail party and colorful live entertainment. The opening ceremony featured speeches by Mr. Darwin Yan, General Manager of Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao, Mr. David Shackleton, Vice President of Operations, East China, Mr. David Wang, Chairman of SPG Land (Holdings) Limited and Mr. Yang Jinsong, Vice Director of Shanghai Tourism Bureau.The speeches were followed by the ribbon pulling by David Wang and other government officials respectively.
