KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, March 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hong Leong Assurance (HLA), the country's fastest growing life insurance company, is proud to host an event to celebrate the achievers of the 2015 Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) recognition benchmark.
A new historical record for HLA has been achieved with three (3) Top of the Table (TOT) and five (5) Court of the Table (COT). The TOT is awarded to agents who have achieved 6 times the base MDRT production requirement, while the COT is awarded to agents who have achieved 3 times the MDRT base production requirement. A grand total of 119 agents qualified for the MDRT recognition benchmark.
The Company recognised HLA's MDRT benchmark qualifiers during the 2-day MDRT training-cum-celebration at The Haven, Ipoh. Agency leaders and members attended this event, which was held to honour the MDRT recognition benchmark qualifiers and also celebrate their achievements.
This year, there were a total of 3 TOT qualifiers. May Lee Sue Wee is no stranger to the award, as this is the 13th time that she is qualifying for TOT while also being a TOT Qualifying And Life Member. Previously, she was certified by MDRT USA and the Malaysian Book of Records as the 1st in Malaysia and the 4th in South-East Asia to achieve TOT for the 10th time.
Among HLA's TOT qualifiers, the highest qualifying First Year Premium (FYP) was attained by Jessie Wong Siaw Puie, who achieved total premiums of over RM 5 million in a short span of 7 months as an agent. The second highest qualifying FYP was attained by Pauline How Sze Wen, who boasts an impressive 3 times MDRT and 1 time COT in addition to qualifying for this year's TOT.
There were also a total of 5 COT qualifiers, namely Eileen Looi Siew Lan, Cruz Wong Chung Hua, Julia Hung Siew Lim, Asroma binti Mat Ali, and Arianna Tan Su Vui. These agents have left a vivid impression on the industry by attaining this achievement with HLA through their impressive FYPs.
