China.
Shareholders of record at the close of the business on September 4, 2012 are entitled to vote at the annual general meeting and any adjournment thereof.

On August 10, 2012, the Company announced that it has signed a definitive merger agreement with VanceInfo, under which the companies will be combined in an all-stock merger of equals.
