Hurray! to Terminate Agreements with Beijing TV Subsidiary

BEIJING, Dec. 14 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Hurray! Holding Co., Ltd.

(Nasdaq: HRAY), a leader in artist development, music production and wireless music distribution and other wireless value-added service in China, today announced that the Company has terminated its previously announced agreements with Beijing TV Media Co., Ltd. ("BTVM") for the formation of a joint venture, and instead, the two companies will continue to cooperate in a strategic partnership to promote wireless application services for BTV programs.
