ING Launches AFC Professional Photographic Competition

HONG KONG, July 12 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- ING, Official Sponsor of the 2007 AFC Asian Cup(TM), today announced that it is looking for professional photographers to submit their pictures of the 2007 AFC Asian Cup(TM).

The best picture for each of the four group stages, the quarters, semis and final will be rewarded a prize of EUR500. Pictures showing players must have a minimum of three recognizable players in order to be eligible for the prize.

In addition, at each of the competition stages, ING will award a further EUR250 to the picture with captures the best 'Orange Spirit'. This could be of a player heading home a goal with an ING advertising hoarding behind or simply a photograph that captures the magic and passion of ING fans at matches or watching the AFC Asian Cup(TM).

Entry to the photo competition is easy via the form on ING's official sponsorship site at any time during the competition. Photos need to be submitted with details of the match, photographer's name and with a caption for the photograph. In addition, photographs can be submitted directly to with the relevant details.

The winning photograph(s) and a runner up will be posted on following each round, and each of the winners will be notified.
