BANGKOK, Aug. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Jet Asia Airways announces its agreements for the provision of iPad-based Inflight entertainment with IFE Services Limited and Lambda Project. The new service named "Jet Asia Flight Xperience" (JFx) will be launched in the month of August on flights JF088 and JF089 between Bangkok and Tokyo.
The addition of JFx to the inflight services currently being provided on Jet Asia is a step towards bridging the gap of services offered by charter operators and legacy carriers. The iPad's will contain two categories of movies which include two recent Hollywood blockbuster titles, three Hollywood Classics, in addition to five video games and ten music CD's. iPads will be distributed for free in the business class cabin and for a fee in the economy class cabin.
