Jingwei International Changes the Independent Auditor to BDO

SHENZHEN, China, Sept. 12 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Jingwei International Limited (OTC Bulletin Board: JNGW -News; "Jingwei"), one of the leading providers in data mining and software services in China, today announced that Jingwei has engaged Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP, an independent member of the BDO Seidman Alliance, as its independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2009. Morison Cogen LLP had previously acted as its principal independent accountant, which engagement was discontinued effective as of September 2, 2009.
