BEIJING, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- K's Media (the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: KVME), a company engaged in specialized media and advertising activities in China, announced that it has entered into a 3-year advertising placement contract with Beijing Shenghua Jinqiao Media Advertising Ltd. ("Shenghua").

At an annual projected value of RMB 1,500,000 (approximately US $220,000), the Company will, in its signed entertainment business clubs, advertise Golden Bridge, one of the highly graded tobacco in China. Its Chinese-style blend-type characteristics have been well taken by consumers since it launched in the 1980s. Each commercial clip will last 60 seconds, and is planned to be broadcasted from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2012.

"As we continue to expand our network, these premium advertising agencies who supply amazing brands to reach their potential buyers prove that our unique and effective advertising method appeal to media buyers," stated Yan Zhuang, CEO of the Company. "I'm glad to introduce diversified products to club goers. They will see more premium brands coming soon."

About the Company:

K's Media targets premium brand advertisers by placing their commercials in business entertainment clubs ("Clubs") in China. The Company has obtained the exclusive rights to advertise in over 300 clubs throughout China's major cities. Reaching high-end consumers through traditional advertising channels with powerful and visually appealing presentations can be costly and inefficient. The Company believes that placing ads in Clubs is both innovative and unique and could prove to be a highly effective method of advertising. The Clubs are popular in Asia, providing private rooms with karaoke systems, which are used for group entertainment or business purposes. The Company believes that advertising on KTV screens offers an impressive and influential way to target high-end consumers.
