Risk Explorer is a simple online tool that clients complete on their own time, and asks them a series of questions including company size, location, industry, business objectives for the next 12-24 months and current risk controls. It generally takes around 15 minutes to complete.
Once finished, a comprehensive report is provided, mapping the client's risk profile according to four categories: financial risk, strategic risk, compliance risk and operational risk. It also measures how effectively these risks are currently being managed, and importantly, where there may be significant gaps.
