Nokia celebrated the launch of the new Lumia 800 smartphone last night with an amazing 4D show using the latest state of the art projection visuals, with music from revered music producer deadmau5. Millbank was plunged into darkness with the iconic Millbank Tower acting as the canvas for a never-before-seen spectacular.

The 120 meter high building and it's 800 windows appeared to gyrate, twist, turn and completely transform. Giant butterflies and incredible rollercoaster-like structures appeared from the building in a wondrous display that has never been attempted on this scale in the UK. deadmau5 performed two new remixes created especially to accompany the projections, which were played for the first time and broadcast live online to http://www.Facebook.com/Nokia.uk.

Conor Pierce, Managing Director of Nokia UK said: "Tonight has been amazing, a spectacular way to celebrate the launch of this stunning new smartphone."

deadmau5 said: "Visuals have always been an important part of my shows, so the chance to work with Nokia and its projection team on a project of this scale and ambition is really exciting. It's also great to be able to play such an iconic landmark and to a UK crowd."

The event on the 28th November was free for all spectators, who were able to view the half hour performance from the North and South sides of the River Thames. To view and download images and B-roll footage from this event, please visit http://www.epklink.com/nokialumialive
