Ozner Enters Into Strategic Cooperation Agreement With Macroflag

HONG KONG, May 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ozner Water International Holding Limited ("Ozner Water" or "the Company", HKEx stock code: 2014) and its subsidiaries ("the Group")is pleased to announce that the Group and Shanghai Macroflag Marketing Service Co., Ltd. ("Macroflag") have formally reached a strategic cooperation agreement, pursuant to which the Company will market its water purification products and service through the channels of Macroflag for a term of 2 years from 1 May 2015 to 30 April 2017. The channels give access to, among other things, customers of banks and financial institutions such as securities companies, and banking outlets.

Shanghai Macroflag Marketing Service, a leading consolidated banking contractor for credit card marketing service in China, is the strongest company in fragmented markets along the whole value chain of the credit card customer life cycle in China in terms of the number of partnership with banks, cooperation project size and the integrated strength.
