"Chi Bi" Expansion Pack - "The Five Tiger Generals"
On June 20, 2011, Perfect World released the expansion pack "The Five Tiger Generals" for its 3D MMORPG "Chi Bi." This expansion pack introduces new features including re-forged weapons, fight tournaments and a new battleground, providing players with enhanced gameplay and gaming experience.
OVERSEAS LICENSING AGREEMENTS
Licensing "Chi Bi" to Indonesia
In May 2011, Perfect World signed an agreement with its partner in Indonesia to license "Chi Bi" to Indonesia. "Chi Bi" is Perfect World's 3D MMORPG based on the Three Kingdoms, a well-known period in ancient Chinese history. The game was first launched in Mainland China in 2008.
Licensing "Forsaken World" to the Russian Federation and other Russian Speaking Territories
In May 2011, Perfect World signed an agreement with Nival Network Ltd. ("Nival Network") to license "Forsaken World" to the Russian Federation and other Russian speaking territories. Set against the backdrop of a fantasy world, "Forsaken World" is a 3D MMORPG catering to the tastes of global game players. The game was first launched in Mainland China in 2010.

Launch of "Battle of the Immortals" in Indonesia
In June 2011, Perfect World launched its 2.5D MMORPG "Battle of the Immortals" in Indonesia through PT. Buana Online Internasional, a subsidiary of PT. Prodigy Infinitech ("Prodigy"). First launched in Mainland China in 2009, "Battle of the Immortals" is Perfect World's mysterious adventure MMORPG well received by gamers both in China and overseas.
Launch of "Forsaken World" in Hong Kong and Macau
In June 2011, Perfect World launched its 3D MMORPG "Forsaken World" in Hong Kong and Macau through Gamania Digital Entertainment (HK) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Gamania Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (OTC: 6180) ("Gamania"). "Forsaken World" was first launched in Mainland China in 2010, and has since been successfully licensed to several countries and regions.
Launch of "Fantasy Zhu Xian" in the Russian Federation and other Russian Speaking Territories
In June 2011, Perfect World launched its cartoon style MMORPG "Fantasy Zhu Xian" in the Russian Federation and other Russian speaking territories through Drylander Limited, a subsidiary of Digital Worlds JSC ("Digital Worlds"). "Fantasy Zhu Xian" is Perfect World's first 2D turn-based MMORPG. The game was first launched in Mainland China in 2009.
Launch of "Empire of the Immortals" in Taiwan
In July 2011, Perfect World launched its 2.5D MMORPG "Empire of the Immortals" in Taiwan through Gameastor Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Gamania Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (OTC: 6180). Following "Battle of the Immortals," "Empire of the Immortals" is another 2.5D MMORPG in Perfect World's "Immortals" franchise. It was first launched in Mainland China in 2011.

Obtained License to Publish "Blacklight Retribution"
In April 2011, Perfect World Entertainment Inc., a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of Perfect World, signed a licensing agreement with US-based Zombie Studios, Inc. ("Zombie") to publish "Blacklight Retribution". "Blacklight Retribution" is a free-to-play first-person shooter (FPS) game developed by Zombie.
Launch of "Forsaken World" in Japan
In June 2011, Perfect World launched its 3D MMORPG "Forsaken World" in Japan through C&C Media Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned Japanese subsidiary of Perfect World. The game was localized by the Company's R&D teams to cater to Japanese gamers.
Launch of French Version and German Version of "Perfect World II" in Europe
In July 2011, Perfect World launched both French version and German version of its 3D MMORPG "Perfect World II" in Europe through its wholly-owned European subsidiary, Perfect World Europe B.V. The game was localized by the Company's R&D teams to cater to European gamers.
