EXPANSION PACKS

"Dragon Excalibur" Expansion Pack - "Divine Pearl"

On August 25, 2011, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Divine Pearl" for "Dragon Excalibur," the Company's first 2D real-time MMORPG. This expansion pack introduces new content including a new profession, map and riding animal, as well a series of new instances. These new elements are added to further enhance the fun gaming experience for players.

"Battle of the Immortals" Expansion Pack - "Legend of the Orient"

On August 30, 2011, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Legend of the Orient" for "Battle of the Immortals," the Company's first 2.5D mysterious adventure MMORPG. This expansion pack introduces a new profession and instance. Exciting new content including territory combat vehicles and a beast armor system is also included to provide players with special entertaining experience that reflects both western and eastern cultures.

"Perfect World" Expansion Pack - "Glory Renaissance"

On September 15, 2011, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Glory Renaissance" for "Perfect World," the Company's 3D adventure and fantasy MMORPG. This expansion pack introduces new story plots and skills for its new class and professions. A new instance and several beautiful scenes are also included in the expansion pack, adding more exciting elements into the game.

"Zhu Xian" Expansion Pack - "The Search for Nirvana"

On September 22, 2011, Perfect World released the expansion pack "The Search for Nirvana" for the Company's 3D MMORPG "Zhu Xian." The expansion pack introduces new professions and a new instance, as well as numerous upgraded armors and skills, all of which deliver enhanced gaming experience for players.

"Hot Dance Party" Expansion Pack- "The Pursuit of the Happiness"

On September 23, 2011, Perfect World released the expansion pack "The Pursuit of the Happiness" for "Hot Dance Party," the Company's 3D online casual game. The expansion pack introduces new content including a new social networking system and an upgraded marriage system, bringing a new level of fun to players.

OVERSEAS LICENSING AGREEMENTS

Licensing "Forsaken World" to Brazil and the Spanish-speaking Countries in Latin America

In August 2011, Perfect World signed agreements with Level Up! Interactive S.A. ("Level Up!") to license "Forsaken World" to Brazil and the Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America. "Forsaken World" is Perfect World's 3D MMORPG which caters to the tastes of global game players. Set against the backdrop of a fantasy world, "Forsaken World" breaks new ground by introducing a multitude of innovative features and novel gaming concepts. Players themselves are able to alter the fate of the world through their individual actions in the game. "Forsaken World" was first launched in Mainland China in 2010, and has since been successfully licensed to several countries and regions.

Licensing "Perfect World II" to Australia

In September 2011, Perfect World signed an agreement with Cyber Gaming Pty Ltd. ("Cyber Gaming") to license "Perfect World II" to Australia. "Perfect World II" is a 3D MMORPG launched in Mainland China in 2006 by Perfect World, and has since been successfully launched in dozens of countries and territories throughout Asia, Europe and North America.

Licensing "Perfect World II" to New Zealand

In September 2011, Perfect World signed an agreement with its overseas partner to license "Perfect World II" to New Zealand.

OVERSEAS OPERATIONS

Launches of "Rusty Hearts" in North America and Europe

In September 2011, Perfect World launched the highly-anticipated MORPG "Rusty Hearts" in North America and Europe through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Perfect World Entertainment Inc. and Perfect World Europe B.V., respectively. "Rusty Hearts" is an action-based MORPG developed by Stairway Games, and WindySoft Co., Ltd. ("WindySoft") possesses the global publishing rights. With its advanced action features and game-play design, "Rusty Hearts" has won great attention of publishers and players from many countries.
