EXPANSION PACKS

"Empire of the Immortals" Expansion Pack -- "Battle of the Gods"

On October 13, 2011, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Battle of the Gods" for "Empire of the Immortals," the Company's second 2.5D MMORPG in Perfect World's "Immortals" franchise. This expansion pack introduces new content including a new map, a new profession and new skills, as well as an updated players-vs-players system and beast summoning system. These new elements are added to further enhance the fun gaming experience for players.

"Fantasy Zhu Xian" Expansion Pack -- "Perfect Life"

On October 21, 2011, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Perfect Life" for "Fantasy Zhu Xian," the Company's first 2D turn-based MMORPG. This expansion pack introduces new content including a child-raising system, a new instance, and a player-vs-player battlefield system, creating for players a game world containing more exciting elements.

OVERSEAS LAUNCHES THROUGH LICENSEES

Launch of "Dragon Excalibur" in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau

In November 2011, Perfect World launched its 2D MMORPG "Dragon Excalibur" in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau through Wayi International Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. ("Wayi"). "Dragon Excalibur" is Perfect World's first 2D real-time MMORPG, set against a backdrop based on ancient Chinese mythology. The game was first launched in Mainland China in 2010.

Launch of "Forsaken World" in the Russian Federation and other Russian Speaking Territories

In November 2011, Perfect World launched its 3D MMORPG "Forsaken World" in the Russian Federation and other Russian speaking territories through Nival Network Ltd. ("Nival"). Set against the backdrop of a fantasy world, "Forsaken World" is a 3D MMORPG catering to the tastes of global game players. The game was first launched in Mainland China in 2010 and has been licensed to dozens of countries and regions.

OVERSEAS OPERATIONS

Launch of "Empire of the Immortals" in Japan

In November 2011, Perfect World launched its 2.5D MMORPG "Empire of the Immortals" in Japan through C&C Media Co., Ltd., its wholly-owned Japanese subsidiary. Following "Battle of the Immortals," "Empire of the Immortals" is the second 2.5D MMORPG in Perfect World's "Immortals" franchise. It was first launched in Mainland China in 2011.

Perfect World Wins Award at "China International Digital Content Expo 2011"

In October 2011, "China International Digital Content Expo 2011" was held in Beijing successfully. This was the 9th China International Digital Content Expo. Perfect World won the "China Online Culture Social Responsibility Award" during the Expo.

Perfect World Wins Four Awards at "2011 ChinaJoy Golden Plume Awards Annual Best Games Election"

In November 2011, Perfect World was announced as the winner of four awards from ChinaJoy's "2011 Golden Plume Awards Annual Best Games Election." Perfect World's online games "Zhu Xian," "Perfect World II," "Forsaken World" and "Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber," won awards for the "Top 10 Most Favorite Online Games among Game Players," the "Best Self-Developed Online Games," the "Best 3D Online Games" and the "Top 10 Most Anticipated Online Games by Game Players," respectively.
