OVERSEAS LICENSING AGREEMENTS
Licensing "Battle of the Immortals" to Vietnam
In October 2009, Perfect World signed an agreement with VinaGame Software Service Joint Stock Company ("VinaGame") to license "Battle of the Immortals" in Vietnam. "Battle of the Immortals" is Perfect World’s first 2.5D mysterious adventure MMORPG, which has been popular since its launch in mainland China in April 2009.
Licensing "Zhu Xian" to the Russian Federation and Other Russian Speaking Territories
In October 2009, Perfect World signed an agreement with Astrum Nival, LLC ("Astrum Nival"), a famous online game developer and operator in Russia, to license 3D MMORPG "Zhu Xian" in the Russian Federation and other Russian speaking territories. This is the second time Perfect World has cooperated with Astrum Nival. Under their first licensing agreement, Astrum Nival operates "Perfect World II" in the Russian Federation and other Russian speaking territories, and the game has been popular in the region.

Launch of "Chi Bi" in Thailand
In October 2009, Perfect World launched "Chi Bi" in Thailand through Cubinet Interactive(s) Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Cubinet Interactive Group of Companies ("Cubinet Interactive"). "Chi Bi" is a 3D MMORPG adapted from the Chinese history of the Three Kingdoms Period. Cubinet Interactive has been Perfect World’s long-time partner and has helped promote Perfect World’s games in Southeast Asia.

In October, 2009, winners of ChinaJoy "2009 Golden Plume Awards Annual Best Games Election" were announced. Perfect World’s online games "Zhu Xian," "Fantasy Zhu Xian" and "Battle of the Immortals" were recognized as "Top 10 Most Favorite Online Games among Game Players," "Top 10 Most Anticipated Online Games by Game Players" and "Best Self-Developed Online Games," respectively.
