BEIJING, August 30, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Phoenix New Media Limited (NYSE: FENG), a leading new media company in China ("Phoenix New Media", "PNM" or the "Company"), today announced that the Company is scheduled to present at 2011 Citi Technology Conference, the Deutsche Bank 2011 Technology Conference and the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Media, Communications & Entertainment Conference 2011.

Ms. Lily Liu, CFO of the Company, is scheduled to present and to meet with analysts and institutional investors at the three conferences.

The details of the conferences are as follows:

• 2011 Citi Technology Conference is to be held September 6-8, 2011 at the Hilton New York Hotel in New York. Management will present at 3:30 pm ET on Tuesday, September 6 and meet with institutional investors after the presentation.
• Deutsche Bank 2011 Technology Conference is to be held September 13-15, 2011 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV. Management will present at 9:50 am PT on Thursday, September 15, and meet with institutional investors throughout the day.
• Bank of America Merrill Lynch Media, Communications & Entertainment Conference 2011 is to be held September 14 - 15, 2011 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. Management will present on Wednesday, September 14 and meet with institutional investors throughout the day.
