1. the Company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008,
together with the reports of auditors thereon;
2. the re-election of Jing Wang as a director of the Company, who is
retiring by rotation and offering himself for re-election in accordance

3. the election of Wee Seng Tan as an independent director of the Company;
and
4. the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the Company's auditors.
