Shiner International Announces Change of Corporate Secretary

HAIKOU, China, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Shiner International, Inc. (Nasdaq: BEST; website: http://www.shinerinc.com ), a market leader in China's packaging and anti-counterfeiting plastic film industry, today announced that Ms. Dandan Xing has resigned from her position as corporate secretary of the Company, effective January 16, 2009, and she has been replaced by Ms. Feng Zou (Ms. Zou).

Ms. Feng Zou (Ms. Zou), formerly the assistant president of Shiner, holds a bachelor degree from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, as well as master degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and University of Minnesota. Ms. Zou has also finished the Business Administration Class in Tsinghua University. Ms. Zou has been actively engaged in investor relations work before the appointment. Prior to joining Shiner, Ms. Zou served the Bureau of Foreign Affairs of State Development & Investment Corporation in China.
