BEIJING, Nov. 20 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Sinovac Biotech Ltd. (Amex: SVA), a leading provider of biopharmaceutical products in China, today filed a Form 6-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) related to the inadvertent disclosure of unaudited, draft financial results for the three and nine month periods ending September 30, 2007, which should not be relied upon. Financial results for the three and nine month periods ending September 30, 2007 will be issued by the Company once finalized.
