Sitecore Announces 2015 Experience Award Winners in Asia

SINGAPORE, March 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sitecore®, the global leader in customer experience management, has announced the winners of its inaugural Sitecore Experience Awards Asia 2015.

The Sitecore Experience Awards celebrate the achievements of Sitecore customers and partners who have used the Sitecore® Experience Platform™ to deliver the extraordinary experience for their customers, with each award winner clearly demonstrating results for improving customer experience and achieving business objectives.

The award winners also showed how their organisations are benefiting from the extensive capability within the single, connected Sitecore Experience Platform, with many winners delivering personalized, multichannel, multi-device experiences to their customers, involving areas such as social media, business systems integration and cloud deployment.

This year's awards received a record number of nominees  from Sitecore customers and solution partners battling over a total of 12 award categories, including industry, marketing specialization, business , and the overall Sitecore Experience Award.

Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay took the coveted Overall Sitecore Experience Award, along with its Sitecore solution partner, POSSIBLE. They also won the Best Use of Email Marketing Award this year.

Esplanade is Singapore's national performing arts centre, offering a rich line-up of about 3,000 performances featuring dance, music, theatre, visual arts and more annually.

Esplanade won the award for its use of Sitecore Experience Platform 8 to transform its website, which has enabled it to deliver great personalised online experience to visitors based on both online and offline behaviour. Working closely with Sitecore solution partner POSSIBLE, Esplanade also connects data from multiple touch points via Sitecore to form a 360-degree view of customers and facilitate segmentation of contacts for delivering more targeted, relevant and timely emails.
