Below are what Hong Kong's finest restaurateurs have said about Hong Kong Restaurant Week:

"This is a great opportunity for food enthusiasts to try the clever dishes at 'Demon Chef' Alvin Leung's other Michelin star restaurant. Those who do come, be prepared to be amazed by our X-treme inspired cuisine." Representative of MIC Kitchen.

"Restaurant Week has been the platform of many restaurants to showcase their cuisine. As a first time participant, L'altro will bring some unique dining experience to the gourmet that have never visited us before." Representative of L'altro.

"This is the first time AMMO and Isono have taken part in Restaurant Week can't wait to show a new crowd what we are about. We've watched Restaurant Week grow year on year and we are excited to be a part of it." Tony Cheng CEO and Founder of Drawing Room Concepts.
