(OTC Bulletin Board: THTI, "the Company", or "THT"), a leading provider of heat exchangers and heat exchange solutions in China's clean technology industry, today announced that the Company has received approval from the Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department to transfer the listing of its common stock from the OTC Bulletin Board to The Nasdaq Capital Market. The transfer will be effective at the opening of the market on July 8, 2010. THT's common stock will continue to trade under the symbol "THTI".
The Nasdaq Capital Market is one of the three market tier designations for companies listed on the Nasdaq. Securities listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market must satisfy all applicable qualification requirements for Nasdaq securities, and all companies listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market must meet certain financial requirements and adhere to Nasdaq's corporate governance standards.
