The Company has recently learned that another famous game developer has announced plans to issue an online game with an identical name to Tianchang's "Chibi," with an expected release date sometime in the fourth quarter of 2007. The Company expresses great concerns about this case, and demands the intellectual property rights of the Company be rigorously safeguarded.

The Company therefore demands that other companies immediately cease any activities that infringe on the said trademarks.
